policies

please read before booking so everything is clear from the start.

all payments are due upfront before any design work begins. once payment is sent, your project will be added to my queue.

all sales are final. no refunds are given after purchase due to the time, creativity, and planning that goes into each project.

each project includes 3 revisions. after those are used, additional revisions are $10 each.

turnaround times begin after payment and all needed details are received. most projects take 4–10 business days depending on the service.

please respond in a timely manner. if there is no response, your project may be marked as abandoned and will require a restart fee.

disrespect, rude messages, or aggressive communication will not be tolerated. projects can be canceled if boundaries are crossed.

rush service may be available for an additional fee, but it cannot be used for websites or full packages.

i am allowed to post completed designs for portfolio, marketing, and content purposes unless discussed before booking.
